A plumbing leak in the concrete foundation put this home in chaos for a time. The plumbers’ investigative efforts left a trench in the slab that had to be filled once their repairs were complete. We sought to properly reinforce this foundation while ensuring a level surface for future flooring and controlling dust in the process.
